When does a hobby become a business?

Is there a certain threshold where you can earn money without it being liable for tax, e.g. if I attend 3 or 4 vide greniers during the summer and try and sell off my household items or put them on ebay for auction is that considered a business/liable for tax? For me it’s like a hobby?
