When do I make my first RSI declaration?

I have recently received my first declaration de chiffre d’affaires for an auto-entrepreneur we started in May, I have watched the video and read the forum but am still unsure of the date it covers and when it should be sent. The date limite d’envoi is 31/10/2012 and I understand that I don’t have to fill in a declaration for the first 90 days. Do I complete the form on the 31/10 for all our turnover to this date, or prior to 31/10 for our turnover to 31/07?
