When do I complete the Declaration de Revenus form?

I have read that every resident in France needs to complete and return an annual Declaration de Revenus. My wife and I only became resident in France on 1 March of this year. Will we need to complete this for this year or will the first one be next year?

Also because my wife doesn’t have her own Sécurité Sociale number (I am registered as an auto-entrepreneur business and we are expecting to have her registered in the social security system through me - unless we have misunderstood) how would she complete the Declaration?
