When do auto-entrepreneurs pay income tax?

So I had thought that French income taxes were due in June every year? I have not received any forms from the government asking me to complete income taxes for my auto-entrepreneur business, nor has my husband who is a researcher on salary. Can anyone shed light on the timeline for income taxes? Should we have received a form by now?
