When and How to Register with a Doctor.

Thank you for your help in getting my business registered and set up, it really saved me a lot of stress.
Today I received a “welcome” letter from URSSAF which amongst other things has a social security number on it. I have three questions (sorry)

1. I am keen to register with a doctor as I am on long term medication, am I able to do so now that I have a social security number?
2. Is it as easy as finding one who is taking new patients in and contacting them?
3. Am I correct in thinking that CPAM will contact me, and I do not need to go onto their website and register/create an account?
4. When do I look into top up health insurance, and is there an official body to do this with?
