What visa do I need to stay in France and run a business?

I am studying in a master 2 program and my visa will expire in July 2012. I am going to open SARL company in Feb 2012, the gerant is a French citizen. I own 39% of the company and keep the role of CEO. When my student visa expires, what should I do to be able to stay and do business in France?
