What type of business to set up for holiday homes?

I have a friend who wants me to look after and rent out her house in France as holiday let’s next year. I will be advertising the house and taking booking but all money will go into her French bank account and she will then pay me a commission.

I also will be renting my house for holidays in France and looking after that too. Can you tell me what type of business I should be registering, what the code is and will I need to do the five day course?
