What type of business set up in France when working for one client?

I currently have an auto-entrepreneur consultancy business in France and have a number of clients. These clients are generally overseas with work done 75% in France and 25% elsewhere. I have been offered the prospect of a slightly longer contract, e.g. 1 year with a single client. The income would take me well above the auto-entrepreneur threshold and would require me working in UK - possibly the majority of the year. This brings up the prospect of accommodation and travel costs etc.

Clearly I cannot stay on the auto-entrepreneur scheme, but is there some French business structure I can change to in order to deal with this - and keep me within the French system, i.e. taxable in France. Are there maximum periods of contracts etc. and rules to avoid me being deemed an employee?
