What to include in contracts and booking forms for translator?

I have just started my business as a translator and virtual assistant and am registered as auto-entrepreneur. I will have to have a booking form or contract for my clients and I wondered if there was anything that should be included in them or if I can have them in English for English speaking clients. Any advice about this would be welcome.
