What tax should I include on my invoices?

I have now set up my business in France. I am paying suppliers here in France now for services provided to my business and are am not sure if I should be including tax at 10% or 20% on my invoices?

I have two car transfer providers (they drive my clients to restaurants on day tours of the region etc.) and one of them asks me to include 10% tax and the other is stating it should be 20% tax.

I am charging UK companies for services provided, i.e. looking after their clients here recently at a conference in Cannes for car transfers and service charges, should I charge tax since it is an overseas client?
