What should I receive after registering as an auto-entrepreneur

I signed up online as auto-entrepreneur on the 29th of October and received an email from URSSAF the same day confirming the receipt of my application. I haven’t heard anything from URSSAF since. However, I have received:

A letter from Humanis with a SIRET number (assuming that’s mine).
A form from something called INFO SIREN which doesn’t look official at all.

So, what should I do now? Should I follow up with URSSAF? Can I continue to use my carte vitale?
