What should I do about a blank pdf after net-enterprise registration?

On the net-enterprises site when setting up I had completed the registration process (IBAN supplied and accepted) but when I tried to print the pdf document that I think I’m to sign and return the pdf page was blank. Any idea or advice on what I should do?
