What should I be expecting to receive from INSEE?

Having registered as an auto-entrepreneur on the 1st May, the only paperwork we have received is confirming our registration and that it is now legal. What is it we should be expecting to receive from INSEE and then Carte Vitale? At what stage do we know we are covered for healthcare? We have received a questionnaire relatif à l’activité professionnelle, what is this?
