What period does the second business trimester include?

I have just received an email saying that I can log on to pay my cotisations to l’URSSAF pour l’exigibilité de août 2016 in France.

What period does the second trimester include?
If I will earn until 31 July, should I wait until then to file this télépaiment?
In general could you tell me the dates for each trimester?

Last one I paid was for earnings from 1 Jan to end of March 2016.
