What paper work should I receive after I register as an auto-entrepreneur?

I was just wondering if you could outline what happens after you register as an auto-entrepreneur in terms of the paperwork you would expect to receive? I have received a letter from a health insurance provider asking for contact details, siret number etc. Are you supposed to choose a new health insurance provider once you register and do I need to apply for a new carte vitale or does my existing one remain valid?
