What kind of structure do you recommend for a media business?

I work in the media business. I own a house in France, which I have used as a holiday home since my purchase in 2005. Back in 2008 I started a micro enterprise (B) for a project that I was trying to get off the ground in France, but it did not work out and I closed it in 2010. Since 2010 I have been living off capital and loans from supporters, but now my projects are about to take off and I anticipate annual revenue of around 80k to 90k. I have to make a decision as to whether I settle in France and bring my income and if the answer is yes, then I need to know what structure I should set up? 90% of my income will be generated outside France.
