What is votre régime d’assurance maladie actuel?

I am currently following your video and filling in my auto-entrepreneur forms but I don’t know what to fill in the box Votre régime d’assurance maladie actuel. I used to be salaried, so I do have a Carte vitale and a number Sécu. but I am currently rattachée to my husband’s number since I do not have a job and am no longer on the ASSEDICS. What should I put here? I guess I have to put Autre Regime but then there is a second box which appears, entitled Autre Regime and I am not sure what to put.
