What is Versement Libératoire Fiscal?

I have received various forms after registering as an auto-entrepreneur:

  1. A form 751-SD from the Direction Generale Des Finances Publiques. This seem to be fairly straight forward, but on the back of the accompanying letter it mentions Vos Obligations Fiscales BIC, TVA and CFE. What is VLF and when do I pay this if I’m paying monthly?
  2. I have letters from REUNICA and Malakoff Mederic which seem to be asking me to subscribe to complimentary but obligatory retirement schemes. Are these part of the state mechanism for pensiosn or am I being sold to by pension funds?
