What is the correct TVA for an auto-entrepreneur business in France?

As an auto-entrepreneur registered business in France, how much taxe sur la valeur ajoutée (TVA) should I charge for yacht deliveries?. Does the TVA rate change depending on where the delivery is from and to? All my invoices will be sent from France, but my customers are based in UK, France, Italy and Monaco. Are there any other French taxes I should be charging?
