What is the situation regarding TVA on auto-entrepreneur’s letting out a gite?

We are in the process of finishing off our gite and have thought that we would operate it as an auto-entrepreneur as there is no involvement of TVA under that scheme. If however we will have to charge TVA we may think again as to which scheme would suit us. Can you give us an up-date on this confusing situation please?
