What is the right business to sell Calvados and Pommeau to the UK?

I want to create a business here in France with the following activities:

Source Calvados and Pommeau from producers and sell to the UK at events in UK and online.
Other specialist products that I find in Calvados to retail as above.
I will therefore be exporting alcohol from France.

Do I need any special licences?
I believe that I would buy the products in France and pay all taxes in France at source. I would have to pay an extra duty in UK when imported. I understand that the cost of the product and taxes can not be reclaimed. Therefore as an example if I buy a bottle of Calvados for 30 euros including all taxes and sell it for 60 euros do I pay tax and charges on the full price or just the profit?
What would taxes and social charges be?
What business regime would apply?
