What is the difference between RSI and CIPAV?

I was just looking at another entry on the forum which left me thinking I maybe had an incorrect grasp of the difference between RSI and CIPAV. I thought RSI was the health and CIPAV the retirement - is this correct. I am a profession liberale auto-entrepreneur conseiller.
The other posting referred to someone being attached to either RSI or CIPAV. My health side is with RSI. When I complete my online auto-entrepreneur declarations, the box where I enter my income for the period refers to income recordable under CIPAV (Recettes pour profession liberale de la CIPAV). That said in four years of paying I’ve never received a statement or anything from the CIPAV.
