What is the DGFIP questionnaire for?

Is this the agency governing main national income tax or is it to do with the CFE?
Should I give them a % of surface area (my small home office), or should I tell them I work at other businesses?
- The questionnaire asks about surface area of home office. I am a trainer and visit businesses in order to work. On the original declaration form to gain auto-entrepreneur status I had to choose home as all other options for where the business is based made no sense.
What are the implications are for giving them the details of a home based business?
