What is the cost of a French standard financial statement?

I approached the banks to discuss about my project. They require a provisional plan i.e. a financial business plan, that is normally prepared by accountant to help secure a loan and open an account. May I know, how much they charge for just creating financial model to French standards? Or, would be glad to know if there are some accountant that are in your network who offer this services for charge?
