What is the correct NAF code for renting rooms in France?
Regarding my previous question, I have now received a nomenclature d’activités française (NAF) code 6820A (location de logements) for my secondary business activity of renting rooms in my principal house. The renting is connected with my profession libérale activity of teaching yoga. It was not the one I was expecting. Is there any downsides to this code or anything I should be aware of compared to the other codes we discussed?
You will indicate your new business activity, but not the APE code, Institute for Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE) will decide which one is the most appropriate. 55.20z is for short term tourism or non tourism stay Hébergement touristique et autre hébergement de courte durée. 55.90z is for stays that cannot be classified elsewhere.
