What is the correct category to declare hommes toutes mains income?

My partner is just going to make a declaration on line for the last quarter. He is registered as hommes toutes mains. Since Jan 2013, the income has been declared in the second box - prestations de service commerciales ou artisanales but one trimestre was put into the third category of autre prestations de services.
Can you clarify which is the correct category and does this make any difference? He has opted for versement libertoire de l’impot sur le revenu and is on regime micro-social simplifié.
