What is the best way to set up as a freelancer in Paris?

I’m following up from a previous question. Following your counsel, I will be setting myself up as a micro-entrepreneur for now, as we’re already in late May and I don’t anticipate a turnover of more than 32,900 euros in 2016.

With that in mind, I assume I can simply do everything I need to do to become a micro-entrepreneur online, if so, please can you direct me to the best website to do this?
