What is registre SIRET des enterprises?

Since finalising my company registration in France I have received several letters about registrations, etc. Most look like marketing companies but one that says Registre Siret des enterprises I want to check if this was a legal obligation or a not. The other ones are below, are these marketing companies or real gov bodies I have to register with?
