Hi Valerie,
Thank you for your advice and assistance in setting up my second business. I have now resisted as ‘Loueur Meublé Non Professionnel’ (LMNP) with Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce and have received my siret and APE.
You advised me to get validated by Atout France in order to get a 71% rebate at http://www.classement.atout-france.fr
I am just filling in the form and they are asking me for my ‘Forme juridique’. I need to choose from SA, SARL or SAS
Please can you advise me which I should choose?
