What is form Attestation Fiscale 2009 Auto-Entrepreneur for?

I have just received this Attestation Fiscale 2009 form that states the amount that I declared in earnings. I have also been to our local impots and completed form 2042c two weeks ago. I am not sure what this letter is for, has any one else received one? I also received the DCR form but have replied as Valerie suggested as I have paid my cottisation trimeterly.
