What is DAS2-T-K Etat des honoraires?

I have received a new tax declaration form DAS2-T-K État des Honoraires, Vacations, Commissions, Courtages, Ristournes et Jetons de Présence, Droits d’Auteur et d’Inventeur Payés pendant ‘année 2010, which I’ve never had before. I started my auto-entrepreneur business in France at the beginning of 2010. I think that it needn’t be completed if I have not paid anyone more than 600 euros during 2010. Is the correct interpretation of this form?
