What is cotisation fonciere des entreprises 2015?

I have received a cotisation fonciere des entreprises 2015 form. I am auto-entrepreneur in France and have been working at a university for the last few months. I have been told I will not get paid until March 2015. I have no other income. I submitted online my declaration trimestrielle de recettes advising I had not received an income. I received a notification de situation (Annee 2014 cotisations 0) from RSI telling me the payment of my first contribution would be the first day of fourth month following affiliate decision. I’m not too clear what that means. Do I need to complete the contribution fonciere des entreprises form even though I haven’t earned anything?
