What is CFEnet and should I register for it?

I have been browsing the web for some information about the auto-entrepreneur business in France and I found a reference to this website cfenet.cci.fr. Especially it was recommended as an option to add a secondary activity easily according to croque-pixel.com/seconde-activite-auto-entrepreneur.

However, I just want to check with you if this is an official (public) site or a private one? I didn’t find any reference to it on your forum, so I am a bit suspicious now. Could you briefly explain what this site is for and does it make sense to register with it?
