What is CFE-IFER and do I need to do anything?

I have received an email reminding me that the payment of the CFE-IFER is due the 15 December. Unfortunately this is the first I’ve heard of this. Should I have received a form / bill I need to complete / pay? If so, who should I contact to get a copy of this form?

I registered as an auto-entrepreneur in June 2014 and believe my regime fiscal is micro-entreprise (Micro-Bic is listed as my Regime d’imposition des benefices). The only form I have received to date is my declaration trimestielle de chiffre d’affaires which I received in the mail from RSI in September. Can you please advise if I need to do anything about this?
