I am a registered auto-entrepreneur. I have received 2 letters from the above institution headed agirc and arrco - choix des institutions d’adhesion retraite complementaire. I’m not sure if this is an unsolicited letter or not. I’m not sure what they are asking me to join and whether or not it is obligatory.
