What is a attestation fiscale micro-entrepreneur?

I have just applied to my bank, Credit Agricole, for an account to use with my newly registered micro-entrepreneur business in France. They require an Attestation Fiscale micro-entrepreneur before they will proceed - what is it and where do I get one?
