What if spouse has not yet got her titre de sejour?

I’m an Irish citizen filling out my Auto-entrepreneur form online. In cadre #7, I want to add my American wife to my health cover, but the form wants her titre de sejour number, etc. That’s still in process. Can I proceed with registering the business and add my wife to my health cover later? Or is that difficult? Would it make more sense to hold off on registering the business until her titre de sejour is approved?
