What if I’m bad at my micro entrepreneur business but still have income?

Here is a potential scenario: I immigrate to France full time as a micro-entrepreneur (say, as an English teacher), but I’m really bad at my business and earn nothing from that business for two years.

But at the same time I continue earning money from my overseas online business (say, as a math tutor). My overseas income is >4KE and <70KE, and I properly declare that income on my French income tax forms.

Do I lose my visa and/or my carte vitale after two years of no micro entrepreneur income? Would the answer change if my micro entrepreneur business is also as a math tutor?
