What I should do about RSI refusing to affiliate me?

I registered online with the chambre de commerce for the sale, not fitting, of hair extensions. They registered me as APE 47.99A vente à domicile. RSI has refused to affiliate me as they are saying I need to be registered as an agent commerciaux. I am not salaried and not working for anyone else so do not consider myself as agent commercial. I sell hair fixtures to individuals and boutiques. Can you advise what I should do?
