What happens when I go over the auto-entrepreneur limit?

I am likely to make just over 30k this year so thought I was fine. Only I have just had an offer to buy one of my websites for about 25k. This will send me way over the limit but is very much a one-off event and my income in subsequent years will be back to about 30k. What do I do?
