What happens if you go over the auto-entrepreneur limit?

I have been using the auto-entrepreneur since October last year when I was doing some freelance work, but since then the work has turned into full time project work and I have gone past the auto-entrepreneur limit. I had no income against the auto-entrepreneur for the fourth trimester of 2011, but since have gone quite far past the limit. Could you please give me advice on what I should do to fix this, or what the possible penalties could be?
