What happens if I go over the auto-entrepreneur turnover limit?

What would happen if I went over 81,500 euros for this year? Do I receive a penalty or do I have to stop trading as soon as I reach 81,500 euros? How would I go about changing my business type to raise the turnover level? Would it still be profitable if I was only turning over about 100,000 euros or is it better to close more to enable the turnover to stay under 81,500 euros?
