What happens after you’ve registered as an auto-entrepreneur?

I have registered as auto-entrepreneur and just received my siret number, thanks for the excellent video on how to complete the auto-entrepreneur form. Just a couple of questions:

  1. What happens next?
  2. Do I need to do anything else?
  3. Will I need to fill in a tax return at the end of the month?
