What happens after I register as an auto-entrepreneur?

I have completed the auto-entrepreneur internet registration on the Guichet Enterprise site and it has ticked all the fields to say I have finished. Same day I had a call from the Chambre de Metiers just to confirm my details and the lady seemed happy with my responses so the question is, what now? Do I just await my confirmation and SIRET number? Does the healthcare cover automatically start?
