What extra documents are required by the chambre de metiers?

Please could you clarify what the 4 to 5 extra documents required by the Chambre de Metiers actually are?
- Domiciliation d’entreprise (quittance EDF, loyer, bail) - will this bill need to be solely in my husband’s name, as it’s his autoentrepreneur registration, or will a bill in joint names be ok?
- Attestation de suivi du stage de preparation à l’installation - this one’s fine.
- Delcaration de qualification jointe + la qualification - this one’s fine also as you’ve told us how to change the description so that he won’t need to provide qualifications and the job doesn’t require them.
- Autorisation de communication aux tiers - what is this one for?
- Formulaire d’assitance à la formalité joint - what is this one for as this one carries a fee of 62€?
Following the conversation you had with the Chambre de Metiers on our behalf, do I take it that our next steps are to book him onto the training course (stage de prep à l’installation) for when we are back in France, then get an appointment to go to the Chambre de Metiers and do the registration process with them, there and then?
