I have some land with a building restriction to agricultural use, which means I have to be a exploitat agreiculturel to build on the lot and have my professional activity there. A befriended real estate agent mentioned that it needs only 1500 meters squared and any kind of farming activity, e.g. chicken, a lamb, a small vineyard etc. to legally qualify.
- What are the minimum requirements in order to have an accepted agricultural activity that would allow me to build on this lot?
- Are there any additional memberships or certificates needed?
- Any other things to be aware / beware of?
- If I can build my house on this lot, could I give up the activity later on, and sell the house on the normal market, or just to a farmer?
