What do I do with the cotisation fonciere des enterprises forms?

I started my auto-entrepreneur in August 2013. I have received two Cotisation Fonciers des Enterprises forms, do I have something to fill in here and send back? I also don’t have the URSSAF form or a RSI form to fill in, will this come before Jan 31st 2014? Will they arrive with enough time to complete and get back to them in time?
