What do I do with my carte vitale when leaving France?

We are leaving France tomorrow. I closed down my French auto-entrepreneur business on 30 April this year. I know I have to inform the health care about my move. I went to CPAM, they said I should go to RSI. There I was told that my closing down the business is OK and I do not need to return carte vitale.
It is just now that I realise that I should have gone to RAM and return my card and fill in a form, is that right? The problem is, I have no time to go the office before I leave France. Maybe I just send back my carte vitale from abroad and inform RAM about my move, what do you suggest? I have also informed tax office and so on, but are there other auto-entrepreneur authorities I should inform?
