What do I register as to sell cakes at fairs and cards and gifts online?

My latest application was refused as vente a domicille does not now work with the auto-entrepreneur scheme anymore. However as I want to sell online and at fairs, I think vente a domicille is not right anyway. I can’t work out what to put down now though. My activities are a little varied, although all work and sell well together - but I can’t find anything that fits all of them.
I want to make and sell cakes, along with selling greeting cards and gifts. Could you help with what would be best to put? With regards to the greeting cards I am an Independent trader for a UK company.
