What do I do with a letter from AGIRC-ARRCO?

I have received a letter after successfully applying for my auto-entrepreneur business from APICIL, asking me to choix de vos institutions d’adhesion AGIRC-ARRCO. I’m not completely sure what this is and if I am obliged to fill in their form and send it back to them. Is this just junk or is it necessary for me to return it.

The letter is saying that as creator, I must take steps in matters of social protection and that all new businesses must adhere to a group regardless of their legal form and welfare activities. And that I have a period of three months from signing up for your free choice group. Do I need to meet this obligation?
